The problem is when that employee is out of the office and RFQs keep coming in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:33px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Without a defined coverage strategy, a manager may know that work needs attention but lack a direct way to handle the employee&#8217;s RFQ activity.
