Vista-Suite Enterprise helps aviation aftermarket and MRO teams manage the company and contact details that drive daily work, including customers, vendors, contacts, addresses, payment terms, sales assignments, approvals, warnings, clauses, files, and export screening support.

Searchable grids, dashboards, audit logs, configurable fields, and reporting keep account data connected to quotes, orders, logistics, work orders, and related activity, so teams can find the information they need and manage relationships with more confidence.

Customer and Vendor Account Management

Company records can define default customer and vendor terms, tax codes, tax ID, EOR numbers, and default currency codes for transactions. Payment term defaults can be assigned separately for vendors and customers.

Vista-Suite Enterprise lets teams track business type, country, and region separately from address records, making those fields easier to use in research, reporting, and dashboards.

Track the people associated with customers and vendors, including details such as title, role, country, and remarks. A separate contact search view helps users find contacts across the system and add new contacts inline.

Companies can have multiple locations, facilities, billing addresses, shipping addresses, or freight forwarder details. Vista-Suite Enterprise supports multiple address records with default billing and shipping flags and address type details.

User-defined fields let teams track additional company data such as notes, selection lists, currency values, numbers, or dates. Spreadsheet-style entry supports faster updates, and the fields can be used in reports and analytics.

Salespeople and agents can be assigned to groups of companies and applied to transactions when appropriate. This helps teams track sales activity and commission responsibility from the company record through related workflows.

Standard statements such as terms and conditions, wire instructions, and company-specific language can be created as clauses and applied to the transaction types where they are needed.

Quality Control

Company records can identify whether an account is a customer, vendor, or both, and whether that account is approved for transactions. System settings can block unapproved companies or show only approved records during transaction creation.

Custom messages can appear when users interact with a company record. Messages can be limited to specific transaction types, and companies can be blocked from selected transactions when your workflow requires it. Users can also be required to acknowledge important messages before continuing.

Vista-Suite Enterprise provides primary audit logs showing record changes by date, time, and user, plus secondary audit tracking for related activities such as adding notes or applying alternate parts.

Reports and Analytics

Company lists, export screening activity, sales activity, and other reports and dashboards are available. Teams can also build their own reports or dashboards with embedded tools.

Vista-Suite Enterprise places dashboard views near company history and related activity. Teams can create dashboards to analyze company-specific data and support transaction-level decisions.

Digital File and Data Management

Attach contracts, signed agreements, and other business documents to company records. Files can include expiration dates, deletion controls, transaction access, and searchability through a central file library.

Vista-Suite Enterprise can connect to approved ODBC-compliant data sources to show external data in company screens, part master views, or research centers. This supports reference data that may need to remain outside the ERP or MRO database.

Historical records can be transferred from one company to another to help manage duplicate company records or account consolidation. Users can select the groups of transactions that should be transferred.

Internal Notes System

Pinned notes let teams categorize internal notes, record who entered them and when, search by keyword, and attach files to specific notes.

Contacts can be searched independently from company records, helping users locate people by name, role, country, remarks, or related company details.

Customs and Export Compliance

Teams can create export-related alerts for special circumstances or conditions tied to particular companies. Screening notes can be recorded to support decisions to clear, hold, or restrict companies, and those notes can be used for audit support.

Optional Descartes screening integration can support restricted party screening workflows when enabled. Vista-Suite Enterprise can store screening results with date and time details for review, reporting, and re-screening activity.

System Navigation and Research

Browse grids include access to common actions such as printing, editing, transferring, and other account tasks without opening the full company record.

Embedded sub-browses let users view contacts and related child records directly from the company browse, reducing the need to open the full record for quick checks.

Company and contact browse grids support searching and sorting across available columns, with filters such as contains, starts with, ends with, equals or greater than, and less than.

Users can manage and research contacts independently from company records, including cases where they only know a name, email address, or phone number.

Filter and search companies by company type, relationship type, region, screening status, approval status, and more.

Export Compliance Screening Results

View restricted-party screening results from the company list to support account review and export-control workflows. Requires separate Descartes VisualCompliance access when integrated screening is enabled.

View Historical Transactions in Company Records

Related transaction history, from customer quotes to work orders and other activity, is available within each company record.

Dashboard Analytics Within Company Records

In addition to primary system dashboards, company-specific dashboards are viewable within each company record.

A view icon beside the company name opens company details, including digital files, contacts, transaction history, dashboards, and more.

Contacts Directory of Customers

Filter, search, edit, and add contacts through a dedicated contact directory which also includes a link to the contact's company details page.
