Inventory pools or lots often require detailed data entry. Hotkeys and shortcut keys, such as Ctrl+Enter to save an inventory item and Ctrl+A to add a new entry, help reduce repetitive clicks.

Users can view inventory records within the pool directly from the master browse, helping them find related data without opening separate workflows.

Multiple browses within an inventory pool provide visibility into pool progress, inventory state, audit logs, and transaction history. These grids can be searched, sorted, and exported for review in Microsoft Excel.

Digital File and Data Management

Vista-Suite Enterprise can show files attached to part master records or inventory records within the pool in a consolidated library. Files can also remain available from the individual records where they were attached.
