Vista-Suite Enterprise can read and interpret many existing barcode formats from legacy systems, supporting smoother transitions and hybrid barcode environments.

QR and barcode labels are associated directly with inventory records, which are referenced across relevant modules such as warehouse, quoting, shipping, and documentation. This reduces duplicate entry and special synchronization work.

Vista-Suite Enterprise includes pre-designed label formats for inventory types like small items, hazardous materials, consumables, serialized parts, and more. Labels are formatted to fit standard label materials and can be adjusted when needed.
